In order to ensure the highest possible stock availability, the panels are sent out via a nationwide carrier (Tuffnell's) from our UK warehouse. The carriers will require a signature for the delivery, unless we supply them with authentation to leave the goods without one. For us to do this place your order as per normal and then using your emailed order confirmation reply to us with these instructions.
On delivery, please check that the packages are not damaged and that the goods are correct and that you are signing for the correct amount of packages. If there is any visible damage to the packaging please bring it to the attention of the driver and sign for the goods as "damaged on delivery". Usually the panels themselves are un-damaged but if there is are any damaged panels please let us know immediately. ANY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITH IN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Even if you are not going to be doing the installation for some time, please check that the panels and accessories are not damaged. Failing to do so may result in receiving panels from a different batch that may not match and/or no replacements.
Take care when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the panels.
Keep all packaging as this will be needed for the panels' return should any be found to be faulty or incorrect.
If you are not going to be in yourself, either leave a note for the driver to leave it with a neighbour or ask us to deliver elsewhere i.e. work, relative etc... |
