Handling and Dispatch Times
Please note that we are advised by our bank to allow 10 days after banking personal cheques to ensure that they clear. Therefore please allow at least 14 working days from posting your cheque. Orders paid for by bankers draft or postal order will considered as paid once the cheque or postal order arrives at our premises.
We try very hard to make sure that we're not listing anything that we don't actually have in stock, so in almost all cases everything you can see is in stock.
If for any reason we've made a mistake and we don't have something you've ordered we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

Off-Shore, North and South Ireland Delivery:
Orders are dispatched just as quickly as all other orders but delivery times vary between location, please allow at least 3 days for your order to arrive.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, please let us know within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. The item(s) must notified to us within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Special dispensation can be made for gifts, please contact us at sales@decospanels.co.uk first to request this. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only.
How to Return/Exchange Items
Send the item(s) back to us together with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning, the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please insure the package with the delivery company and request a proof of delivery or signature confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost by the delivery company. If you want us to arrange collection and return for you please request this. Please however be aware that any costs for this will be passed on to you and will be deducted from your refund.
ANY ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION! We will not accept returns if they are used or damaged! We will only accept full and complete packs of panels. If we receive a returned item from you that has obviously been used or damaged it will be sent straight back to you and you will be billed for the shipping. In short, you must return the item exactly as it was when you received it.
Restocking Fee
In certain instances we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, for example if you order the same item in four different sizes and return three of them for a refund. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the value of the returned goods, we will notify you in writing of our intention to charge a restocking fee and give you the opportunity to exchange the goods instead.
PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTAGE COSTS AND/OR COLLECTION CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damages and/or Missing Items:
Damages and/or Missing items must be reported by email with 48 hours of delivery. Photo proof of damages may be requested prior to replacements being sent. Please always sign the delivery note as 'damaged' upon delivery of your items. |
