A quick and easy alternative to tiles, Spabord Panels are completely waterproof and specifically designed to transform your bathroom walls with a hygienic, durable surface thats easily maintained.
Spabord is ideally suited for a number of commercial installations where hygiene is paramount, notably within Healthcare. Panels are produced with an anti-bacterial treatment built into the laminate to prevent the establishment and growth of micro-organisms. This provides a surface that is permanently effective against bacteria strains with antibiotic resistance - such as MRSA.
Spabord panels can be fitted over most existing surfaces and are perfect for both shower enclosures and around the entire bathroom. The inherent technical qualities of the laminate surface make it a practical material for hygienic, high wear areas. Its non-porous surface is resistant to stains, scratches, heat, solvents and - to a very large extent - chemicals.
Spabord panels are completely waterproof and have been tested and approved by FIRA.They are a cost effective alternative to tiles with the added benefit of being easy to clean and maintain. No specialist skills are required to install the panels.
Spabord panels are fast and easy to install with no visible screws or nails. Each panel is simply cut to size and affixed directly to the wall, saving time and effort from the rigours of tiling.

Decos - Hollow Honeycombe PVC Cladding.
The Decos Range are narrower panels measuring only 250mm (10")
or 333mm wide (13 ") depending on range.
The 250mm wide ones packed in 4 = 1 meter
The 333mm wide panels packed in 3 = 999mm almost a 1 meter
They can come in different lengths or heights with most being 2.6m or 2.7m but the Sumatra and Labo ranges also come in 4.5m and 6.0m, the Woodlands come in 2.7m and 5.0m. It's a good idea to bear this in mind when measuring up to see if it is more economical and leaving less waste or off-cuts.
The panels are a hollow pvc honeycombed construction and are 10mm thick. See below
Cladseal used with Decos Above
They join by pushing and slot together, side by side with a male and female join. There is no need to silicone between the joins as this can stop the panels from fitting together correctly.
In the 8 years that we have been selling these panels we have never experienced any come-backs with leaks.
They can sometimes be easier to install as they are smaller and lighter to handle than one big sheet. This can be easier when having to cut round objects.
